Red Lion Inn & Suites Bucyrus North

we had no hot water. showered in cold water for 3 days

The location and the daily price over a holiday and nearby (25 miles) event weekend.

The hotel only had one ice machine and it was not working during the entire four night stay.

Staff were outside smoking in the front of the hotel with their kids running around. Our tub/shower's water would not shut off. If ran from 11:30 p.m. until we left at 8:00 a.m. Move us to new room but no hot water there:(

Location and cleaner than I expected

No remote control for tv , breakfast hrs 6am to 9am , went downstairs at 6:10 no coffee yet , pretty much nothing set up for breakfast , waited on coffee and left had to be across town for a pickup at 6:30

Did not like the fact that I paid for 5 nights and it was broken up into 2 different packages. I was called while on a tour of the OHIO REFORMATORY to be told why was my stuff still in the room and that I was suppost to check out. When I checked in I was

I didn't stay. I asked for a refund due to the refrigerator not working, cloth fuzziness on the bed spread and toilet paper debris around the toilet. The room also smelled old and musty.

room was clean. staff was awesome. very kind. Breakfast was decent.

Greeted by threatening signs warning us that there were video cameras recording everything. Makes ya wonder what you have wandered into!? The staff said the place was safe but that the owner was a little crazy but that tone made the place feel not great.

Lobby and room furniture is stained. Bathroom fixtures are rusted and broke. Very dated, dirty, and dingy.

Being charged a pet fee when it was not advertised on the site.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms are dingy. Bathroom is really small. Breakfast was pitiful with just a few take-and-go options.

There was NO pool and There was NO breakfast. Parking lot was horrible

Nothing, not one thing!

Piss all over the toilet seat, couldn't use it, it had to be washed. The dust was 1" thick and made me use my asthma medicine. The rugs look like they haven't been vacuumed in over a year. Was very dirty!

The room was so hot and took for ever to get cool and the staff was rude breakfast was a joke

Not many guest there and a lot of open grass to walk your pet. Air/cond, Ref, TV & Internet worked well.
