- I hated everything the front desk the room the linen the bed the shower no ice machines no good channels it was like a hotel in East Cleveland
- Poor security, very dirty, cigarette holes everywhere, poor infrastructure, needs a health inspector
- the staff was rude, the hotel smelled of marijuana, I will never stay there again
