Friendly & attentive staff

The shower in our room was not clean. Throughout the areas of the hotel we were in tiles needed replaced. Extremely poor lighting at the patio pool area. I tripped over patio furniture and fell.

Proximity to location we needed. Check in clerk asked if we had any mobility issues. No carpet.

Difficult to find alternate entrances from the outside. Also there were gaps around the doors, so not well sound proofed. Prob because carpet had been replaced w tile. Not a real issue but a little surprised.

Some staff were friendly

Front desk woman was rude Room was musty I cleaned a/c filter. No help Floor was damp Curtains were literally shredded Tub was dirty NO COOKIES because the front desk woman said she has no time to do that Breakfast food ...waffle good but eggs gross

Location

There were bugs in the hallway and we were told we had to go around back and take stairs to our room instead of the elevator and also the hotel reeked of the smell of marajuana.

Was hard to sleep with all the noise from guests on the second floor.

Easy access to freeway and state roads. Nominal traffic. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Parking easy. I spilled soda on carpet, when I cleaned the cloth came back white so carpet was clean. Not always the case in hotels. Linen good, no stains.

Bath floor corners little grubby. Didn't have lounge chair just desk chair and dining chair. Nothing comfy. No elevator and stair carpet very worn.Breakfast slim options, boiled eggs and fruit added would be plus. Overall decent value for cost.

Nice beds, great staff, good breakfast. Our room had a nice fridge, microwave and big screen tv.

Somethings are kinda dingy. Our door was warped badly in 117. The paint job they had done in the hallway was terrible. They should remodel that bar!

The thing that I liked best was the overall hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel was clean and refreshing. No one bothers you and they speak to you. Without hostility in the voice. Very pleasant atmosphere for a child as well..

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk, the bartender, to the sweet girl taking care of the breakfast area. The free breakfast was awesome, bacon, eggs, potatoes. Waffles

Location. Right across the street from the wedding

The continental breakfast. My husband got sick from the biscuits and gravy. Eggs were rubbery .

Room was clean

Upon checkin, the gentleman went on and on about a fine if we smoked in the room. I assured him that none of my family smoked several times. He also told me that if we got in a fight and the tv was pulled off the wall and damaged we would be responsible.

They have a good breakfast

We will not be staying at this hotel again. I would prefer not to say here but the staff was told of the problem. They did take action to correct it but once something like that happens you can't get past it.

Clean room, lobby, breakfast area, and outside. Comfy beds and pillows. Comfy desk w/chair and extra chair. Clean fridge & microwave. Free Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee, juice, oatmeal packets.

No one staffed the desk. Each of the three times I stopped at the desk I had to wait for someone to approach, and there was no bell to ring or any other way to let someone know I was waiting.

Whirlpool tub

Breakfast was not as advertised. Staff said truck delivering food did not arrive. Poor excuse - should be enough food on hand to cover this

Convenient location

Very odd but the microwave in my room wasn't plugged in. Had to pull it out and set on the desk in order to use it because I couldn't reach to plug it in behind the cabinetry.

Staff is super friendly

Slight mildew-y smell in the rooms with jacuzzi tubs

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was rated 2 stars and I feel that is an appropriate rating. Nothing fancy, but it was a place to stay for a night and have a free breakfast.

What I like best about the motel was the bed was comfortable and the shower had a lot of pressure and plenty of hot water so that was about it for the motel. And it was pet friendly that was a plus

The motel was old I knew that to start with the motel was dirty I didn't expect that. When I found straight pins laying on a carpet that could have got into my feet or into my pet's feet I was not satisfied. It was a downpour rainstorm my key would not .

It had a fan in the room

Terrible musty smell upstairs, of all the rooms you put us at the end of hallway where the leak was?

Front desk clerks were very nice. breakfast was good.

no elevator and was put on the second floor. the place does need updated
