Super clean, appears to be newly remodeled. Friendly desk staff. Good price point. Good breakfast.

Walls were a little thin but not thin enough to keep you awake or cause a big distraction. Shower gel was empty but hey no one is perfect :)

I was on the 3rd floor and there was so much dropping things and banging on the floor above I couldn?t sleep. It must have been laundry or maintenance. Avoid room 304. Smell of the room a bit musty.

My son has severe health issues that can be exacerbated by room conditions. The manager allowed us to switch rooms without issues to accommodate his allergies.

Location, staff, price

The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The hallways, my room, bed, and bathroom smelled wonderful, clean and sanitized. The breakfast served was also very good. The entire stay was relaxing and stress free.

The woman who checked me in was not friendly and the room was not sound proof as advertised. I woke up in the middle of the night from the person above me walking around. Sounded like an elephant was walking around above me...

The general manager, checked us in. He was polite and friendly. He gave us some suggestions for activities in the area and some restaurant recommendations. Very enjoyable. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Will stay here again!

Clean hotel, the pool wasn¿t ultimately clean when we arrived but it didn¿t seem to get used by many other than us the 3 days we were there.

The manager and night desk associate were so nice.

The morning front registration associates. They were not at the desk when you needed them. Both were sitting in the breakfast meal area talking not helping customers at the front desk.Stayed 3 nights and every morning, they were at breakfast.

It's the 2nd time I've stayed there while traveling and it never disappoints! So nice and so clean and never have had a problem with them. Keeping this place booked mark in my maps:)

very clean, room very spacious, loved the hooks in the bathroom so you could actually hang wet suits, etc. multiple plugs at the both sides of sink added bonus! bed very comfortable. loved the table with the sofa. easy internet access, delish breakfast!

i arrived 1 hr early, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude! her face was in the computer and said, "check in is at 3pm i said i'm aware, i was; she cut me off saying no early check in, we were busy! unable to watch TV in bed only drawback

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Walls are thin, our neighbors were very loud late at night. The A/c unit wasn't working that good. We set it to 66 degrees but it was still warm in the room and we didn't get much sleep.

The staff were by far the most helpful, and genuinely happy group. The staff's positive attitude was uplifting, which we needed, as we were left stranded by a vehicle breakdown, then a snowstorm to follow.

Hotel was clean, bright and welcoming. Some of the staff was very sweet and happy and smiling and just very cheerful.

Multiple staff members were on video chats when we checked in and brought our stuff in. It was very awkward to walk through the lobby. NO POOL EVEN THIUGH WE PAID EXTRA FOR THIS HOTEL FOR THE POOL SPECIFICALLY!!!!!!!
