- Dirty. No soap in communal bathroom where people eat and serve food for 3 days. Ants in the room. Random hairs everywhere and even a piece of poop on the carpet when we arrived. I complained to the staff and they just kept saying sorry. We check out early

- I called front desk to notify of late check in and when I arrived they asked if I had the wrong hotel and then I was marked as a no show. When I was told a key would be ready for me when I did arrive.

Great location. Staff was very nice, except at the check in process. We had a king size room reserved and we were told she couldn't find one and didn't know what to do, we were there ~15". Couldn't reach anyone so we accepted double.
See above. Would have been nice if the website when we booked would have stated the pool and fitness area was closed due to COVID and that it was a bag breakfast (the same one every day - would think they could change it up).

I liked the fact that the staff was friendly, and the check in was fast. I also liked the fact that the room was comfortable, and well maintained.
The decor was very chic. Beds were comfy and easy to get to location.

There was blood on my bed sheets me and my fiancÃÂé were in bed and when I got out the bed I kicked the covers off and found that we were laying on bloody sheets
