The room wasn't cleaned to well There was hair on the tub and u could see dirt build up on the floor

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. I work as a manager of a motel back where I live so I’m always looking for red flags or areas of concern and this place was in tip top shape.

No, the only thing is….its called the Holiday Inn and Suites (airport) and it was no where near the airport…. But it’s fine.

The check in experience was good and the breakfast were delicious.

The beds were creased, and the shower curtain rod was loose from the wall.

The room was very spacious with furniture for guests to sit on. The complimentary Dove pump products were fantastic. So glad this is offered instead of tiny containers.

Nice, quiet, comfortable, staff was an added bonus. Hotel employee was the nicest and most welcoming front desk person.

The concierge was amazing when we arrived. There was an issue with our reservations, no fault of the hotel. He handled everything very eloquently and kindly. The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were so comfortable.

Would have been nice if they had some more vegan options for breakfast besides fruit and oatmeal.

A beautiful and well-kept property in a great location just off I-77 and with many dining options within walking distance. Friendly staff and better-than-usual breakfast room.

The entire hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. Check-in was very easy. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

They followed room setting instructions prior arrival.

Could not provide breakfast meats. Some kind of alarm on stove. I guess they didnt know how to heat a pan. Doors slamming all night. Could put some door cushions in place. No king beds on return trip, but they were nearly empty  per front desk.

Pool needs a better filtering system and the shampoo bottle was empty and locked in so couldn't use the last bit but I love those nice big dove bottles so I understand the need to lock them but make sure they are usable.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to. There was also a very nice breakfast.

We couldn¿t sleep. The room beside us and the room above us were so loud that we could not sleep. My child was in town to compete in a basketball tournament. I had to give him my AirPods and play white noise so that he could rest.

The room was clean and housekeeping cleaned my room during my stay. The staff was polite.

The bed was so soft which was a wonderful surprise, as one never knows what they get, after along day of travel. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

First floor room with an 18-foot ceiling, which made the room feel slightly uncomfortable. The room was also handicap-accessible (we are not disabled and did not request this), so the shower head was at about chest height and could not be placed higher.
