- The owner is very nice. She has owned it over 30 years. The location is great, right on the main street and near The Statiion, kind of the main bar in the town. Also, the breakfast was great, all hand made just for each person.

- The accomdations were lovely in the studio guest house, the hosts (and their cat, Tata) were very friendly and welcoming!

- We tried to check in but no one form hotel was there , I left and came back one hour and half later to be able to check in

- Owner took 4 days to confirm booking. Upon arrival she did not expect us. Room was cold, run down and faced the street. She did not want to turn on heat. Mildew on bathroom window curtains. Very loud street noise in morning. Paid for 2 nights left after 1

A little far from town center to walk. Would have liked a chair in the room to sit, only had bed to sit on.
This location was excellent right in the heart of Woodstock. Breakfast and the hosts were gracious and very warm and welcoming. My room was not very nice and needs updating. The bed was not very comfortable. This B and B just needs a bit more updating.
Cats. I'm allergic and had a reaction after I left. Not sure if this was posted on their site and should have looked. The owner was lovely.
The owner is an artist and the property was full of her (and her friends') artwork. And the owner was friendly and very nice. Location is perfect, too.
