No cell service, must be connected to their WIFI. The exterior building is in need of maintenance, Madison. Door lock was not responsive and would not lock when prompted. No email received as per directions on how to use anything at the location.

Beginning was very scary there is no one to help you than there is a language barrier they don’t speak English you need to google translate and room was not the same room it said no cofffe machine there was no refrigerator 100 degrees

It would be nice if all light switches are identified.

Hard to locate property

The Hamilton Suite was nice, basic but spacious. The beds were perfect and the living area was comfy. The bathroom was small, but we'll equipped (the blow dryer even had a diffuser for us curlies).

The door was drafty, like a big space at the bottom that let in a lot of cold air. I would have appreciated a microwave & coffee maker of some sort. And from what I could tell the Sauna was out of order (door broken & full of tools, etc.) And it didnt seem like the out door hot tub was up and running either.

The suite was spacious.

When we arrived, there was no electricity. Maintenance had to come... they came quickly and power was restored. I think they were working on another unit there at the time because one night they were using power tools until 9 at night fixing the AC unit. But also, the stove/oven wasn't working. The whole point of my wife and I starting at this place was to be able to cook breakfasts there. The repair wouldn't be happening until after we left, so... it didn't happen. The hot tub on the deck outside wasn't working so they had an alternate hot tub in a semi-private location. Up the stairs in semi-darkness.

The Franklin suite was the perfect size for 4 adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was amazing. The living room was so cozy, and the fireplace was a nice addition. The showers worked very well, and the hot water always came on quick. Beautiful views from the patio.

I liked that it was somewhat isolated and very spacious, and that it had a sauna.

The hot tub wasn’t working, the oven and dishwasher weren’t working, I never received any logs for the fireplace, and both televisions kept disconnecting from the wifi. The outdoor space was dirty (visible dust and cobwebs upon arrival); I understand it’s bound to happen as it’s outside, but they could at least clean up the area before guests arrive. The shower was misleading as the vertical nozzles below the shower head lead me to believe it was a massaging shower but it had low water pressure. The property could also use some sort of division between the lower and upper levels outside as the stairs from the upper suite led right next to the downstairs sauna which doesn’t really give a sense of privacy and security, same thing with the hot tub it should be directly under the upstairs balcony where nobody from the upper suite would be able to see anyone from the lower suite inside the hot tub, that also greatly reduced the sense of privacy.

Good location, easy to get in and out of. Easy check in process.

The bed has two live insects in the sheets, which was a bit unpleasant. The sheets also were had some scuff marks, so they could have been cleaner. But overall, it was fine. Did not know the amenities were in a different location.

A spacious cabin. The shower and toilet are modern and comfortable.. Located back from the road almost in the woods. It is charming.

The sheets looked used. Not sure they were changed for us.There is a refrigerator but no other form of a kitchenette which was missing. We heard the neighbors overhead walking on the wooden floor during the night.

Quaint, out of the way location with a sauna and a hot tub. Beautiful views of the changing colors.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the promised amenities and the quality of service.1. Non-Functional Sauna and Jacuzzi: • You specifically chose this hotel for its sauna and jacuzzi; however, upon arrival, you found that the sauna was out of order. • The hotel management was aware of this issue but failed to inform you in advance, indicating a clear lack of integrity. • When you requested a refund or an alternative solution, you were met with complete indifference and a refusal to refund your money.2. Deplorable Jacuzzi Condition: • On the first day, the water in the jacuzzi had such an unpleasant odor that using it was impossible, leading to deep disappointment and a sense of being deceived. • The smell dissipated only after the water was replaced, but the initial impression was irreparably ruined.3. Utter Indifference from Management: • The hotel management exhibited absolute apathy towards your concerns, taking no steps to improve the situation or offer compensation for the inconveniences. • Such behavior gives the impression that the hotel is engaging in outright fraud, misleading guests about the services provided.4. Lack of Privacy: • The curtains on the large windows were too small to fully cover them, allowing outsiders to see inside. • This created a sense of insecurity and lack of privacy, especially considering that anyone could access the second floor without your knowledge.5. Discrepancy with Advertised Standards: • The photos and descriptions on the hotel’s website do not match reality, misleading guests and constituting blatant deception. • You paid a substantial amount ($3,000 for 3 days) for services that were not provided, which is unacceptable.Conclusion: • This hotel exemplifies unscrupulous business practices, where management deliberately deceives guests, fails to deliver promised services, and takes no responsibility for the quality of service. • You strongly advise again

Beautiful interior - hot tub amazing!

Incorrect instructions to lock the door. Exterior decking needed a sweep and more welcoming feel. Welcome instructions included access code for gym, no signage for gym.

Bedroom was comfortable, and bathroom beautiful but shower was not draining properly.

Hot tub was dirty, cloudy water.

Great location, beautiful place, and accommodating with our late check in and check out.

Beautiful location, very spacious room

It was quite hot in the room because the air was off when we got there, and it took a while to cool down. Could have used an iron/ironing board, coffee, and courtesy water.

Perfect location to visit an old area family used to live. Secluded and easy to get to. Very quiet. The staff were super responsive after a couple things I needed their attention to.

The only thing I’d say is the hot water pressure in my room was awful. Barely enough pressure to rinse soap off. The bathroom was cold as it was a European style no shower curtain, no door open standing shower. The lack of hot water pressure and the cold from the AC made showering awful. The property itself is obviously very dated on the outside and could use some refreshing. Seemed like they may have been working on the room above mine when I was there . Also Interior of the room was another adjoining room via a locked door that could be occupied by someone else and that really felt like your privacy could be minimal if someone was staying in the room that shared this locked door.
