My host was amazing and great to work with, I had a minor accident and he was very understanding and worked with me taking care of the incident. In addition the room was perfect.
The view of Whiteface and proximity to Lake Placid.The parking lot was promptly plowed. My son loved the game room.

Cons -

Baseboard heat broken. No breakfast. Outdated. Overpriced.
There was no breakfast buffet.
Wifi wasn't working.
