The driveway was barely plowed,the bed was hard as a rock and the pool was under renovation without any notice of it when booking or during check in found out when we came down stairs on bathing suits and was told pool closed

The gentleman working the front desk when I checked in was fast, professional, kind, happy, and very helpful. He was able to remedy my immediate issues, like unclogging my shower drain and finding an ice bucket.

I reserved a king room but when I arrived (6 pm as scheduled) no kings were available. My shower drain was plugged. (The desk staffer was able to fix it.) The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. There is no carpet in the room, which is not ok, and the floors needed to be mopped. The rugs throughout the hotel common areas needed vaccuming. The parking lot needed sweeping. No amenities. No ice buckets in the room. The staff in the morning didn't bother looking up to see guests, let alone say hello. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, yoghurt and fruit. The fruit was all over-ripe. The multiple rooms on the main floor that look like they were built for guest facilities are all storeage and linens-sorting, doors all open, in utter disorder. For $250 a night for one person, none of this is acceptable. Hilton? Not even close.
