- Check in staff was very patient

- The room temperature was just right.
Cons -
- Did not have two beds as I requested. Had to sleep with my adult son in a king. A huge black dog lunged barked at us in the lobby. Owner said he was muzzled??? First room had no hot water. Second room had no refrigerator. TV did not work.
- Shower didn't work and not hot water in tub. TV and most outlets didn't work. Only 2 towels and washcloths for four people and not at front desk. Couldn't get new room till next day so had a sponge bath. Son woke up in the new room covered in bites. BAD!
- Cleanliness, the room was all beat up with holes on the walls, door did not lock due to lock being off set from the frame of the door, bedsheets and towels were stained and dingy.
