Old dirty carpet, we have to dedicate a pair of socks to wear inside the room. It's a bit pricey for what you get.
driveway in need of repair - TV didn't work - one light switch not operable
Steep driveway into unit was in terrible condition. Toilet seat missing a little paint. Otherwise all was good.

The view and new balcony was very nice.

The grounds were in shambles. Our rug hadnÂ¿t been vacuumed nor the sink been cleaned. The bed was comfy but I asked for new sheets to guarantee they were clean.
