Pros +

  • Nice linens.
  • Room was nice
  • staff was very helpful and accommodating and they go the extra mile to help. Very safe as well. very clean, good small gym, and location was ideal.

Cons -

  • Basic fitness center.
  • Their boiler had some issues so we had a couple of cold showers. It was fixed after the first day and it looks like I'm receiving a credit towards my bill. Otherwise the hotel was excellent
  • Put two holds on my card. Not a 3 star, rooms are not nice enough.

Room was nice
Plastic shower liner needed to be changed, toilet took 2 flushes to go down. The fire alarm went off and then female employee talking to customers calling about it has very poor communication skills, she was sharp with them.
