- Only the location is good.
- Great mattress. Front desk let us check in early and were very nice to us. Enjoyed making waffles at breakfast. Moments away from the university.

- sheets were scattered on the floor in the hallway. Just OLD motel feel...
- Hotel is very dirty. The hallways smell like dog. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana near doors, loud guest walking the halls.
