Pros +
- The view across the bay
- Good view. The room was nice and big. It was close to the bus line and walking distance from a convenience store and the coffee shop. It felt secure because of the two different keys. We were able to check in late.
- Location is great, with street parking readily available as well as bus transportation within a block away, and the Staten Island Ferry a short ride away. I had a shared bathroom, but never any difficulty timing my need for it. Mo is a great host!
Cons -
- Everything needs an overhaul. Literally everything.
- The room wasn't very clean and the one bathroom was shared with three other rooms of guests. Breakfast was extra and there were no hot items. The owner tried to double charge us for it, but when it turned out to be a miscommunication, he backed off.
- The inn overlooks the beach and the Manhattan skyline, so the area is one where local teens were sometimes out late at night, so it was sometimes loud outside the inn.

Could see skyline of nyc
2 flights up just to get in house.3 more flight up to get to room. No room numbers on door, shared a bathroom with multiple guests. Peeling paint.
