For those looking for a unique experience NOT like a chain hotel. These cabins are SO retro they are cool. At the same time modern and comfortable. Fantastic experience.

The grounds include fire pits with wood, kindling and even matches, with plenty of seating. Normally, I’d take away a star for these items, but overall extreme cleanliness won’t allow me! I would definitely stay again. Close to restaurants, grocery, gas, Main Street Schroon, the lake. A great place to stay.

There were several items that were missing: horizontal spaces in the bedrooms and bathroom, and dressers makes it difficult to unpack, no dish towels in the kitchen, unreliable WiFi very spotty and slow when it did connect, place to hang coats, high perfume detergent used on sheets and towels. These are frustrations, but just be prepared when you visit.

This rustic cabin was located in the heart of Schroon Lake, New York. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, and in a perfect location near the town but outside. The property included large fire pits, and a fire in the chilly evening was delightful. The host was exceptionally helpful.

Cute cabins, very clean, friendly staff/owners, nice property with fire pits/games. No complaints, had a great time.

I understand the cabin was small, but a table of some sort would have been nice.

This is my second time staying at Rowe's Cabins. It is so clean, it literally is spotless. The kitchen is supplied with the basics and the extra touches make for a very comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved the unique screen doors and how easy it was to locate. Even though we had the smallest cabin, it was perfect for my husband and I. We had a TV and internet. Microwave and mini fridge. Would definitely stay again!

Only issue is that the bed was kind of "squishy".

This is a great place in a great area the owner is very sweet and accommodating. Very pet friendly was great with my service dog best price in town. The only place we will ever stay in schroon lake. Kitchen a little tight but I'm a chef i cook in smaller spots. Very comfortable cabin with back up GENERATETORS .

Nothing everything was great

I LOVED my stay here. The cabin was spotless and cute! I was there for 2 nights in the dead of winter and the cabin was warm and cozy! I can't wait to come back this summer!

Our cabin was very clean. The shower was excellent and the water gets nice and hot. We were there for a few very cold winter nights and the cabin stayed comfortably warm. Our host Randy was friendly and helpful. Location is less than five minutes from the Schroon Lake business district and 30 minutes from the high peaks.

Everything prime location they were great with my service dog man at the desk was very friendly price is right . Hopefully the price stays good and doesn't get jacked up. I will definitely be back in love this place best place to stay in schroon lake.

Kitchen was tight but being a chef I'm use to cooking in small areas.
