Staff was friendly and welcoming. Turned heat up for me to warm the room before I arrived. Very affordably priced.

LOCATION and the service provided were great.

Cons -

Cigarette odor in the hallways. Hair, dust, and dirt in the room. Thin ceilings/walls made sound easy to hear between rooms. Door leading to another room was behind bedframe which was unsettling.
It's an older hotel but it's great for the price and location

Such a friendly greeting, like visiting dear friends. Comfy bed, very clean and quiet, local taxi service to Highmark available, nearby breakfast topnotch. All in all a fantastic experience, well beyond expectations. Scott is great!

Nothing worthy of mention. This is not a chain hotel, it is modestly furnished, so if you're wanting deluxe accommodations, this isn't for you, but in every way that counts, it is great!
