Located among the Adirondack Mountains, this hotel is 7 minutes’ drive from Lower Saranac Lake and is opposite Lake Flower. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi. * Please note that even though we are in close proximity to Lake Flower, we do not have Lake view rooms. * Continental Breakfast is included. Mountain Lake Inn also has a business center. A flat-screen cable TV and refrigerator are included in every room at the Mountain Lake Inn. A microwave is also supplied in the rooms. The Saranac Lake town center is 1 mile away from the hotel. North Country Community College is 2 minutes’ drive away.

Pros +
- Location to Mt Pisgah
- The location of the room was perfect. It was a pet friendly room, but we were able to leave our doggo home. I would absolutely book the same room again, with some exceptions. We are smokers, and it was super convenient to just step outside.
- Ease of checking in.
Cons -
- Dirty diaper behind trashcan in bathroom, hair in the shower drain, and paper on the floor in the bedroom. Staff changed towels and bedding but other attention to cleaning was not as a strong. Breakfast was great.
- There was no body wash for the shower.The bottom lock on the window was broken.There was a smell in the room...I'm sure it was from someone else's pet stay.The bathroom vent fan did not work.I would absolutely book this same room again with these exceptions.
- Back entrance to get in where told to park was not shoveled. The breakfast selection was not what I remembered from previous stays.
