- The pool was green and gave my children a rash and bacteria infection . There was not hot tub like advertised. The staff was very rude and said they don't accept visa for incidentals. Our room was not clean and the bathtub was rusty

- The pool smelt weird. Had to wash my hair twice to get the smell out. Also, there's not a hot tub. The pool is heated though.
