- Staff was responsive and friendly to our needs. My wife had trouble getting into the bathtub. We told the front desk about the problem and they changed our room to a walk in shower without fail.
- Nothing staff was very uninviting upon checking in.
- The room was so beautiful staff were very friendly and accommodating

- Maintenance left my room door open unattended for over 15 minutes. He was very nasty to me. Manager was helpful. Checked out immediately booked another hotel down the street.
