A lot of repairs need to be done, cleaning could be better. ESPECIALLY for the price

Beautiful patio with great views!

Room was very mildew smelling and when I got home all my belongings smelled like mildew.

Location is great alongside Keuka Lake. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the my room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was great, and there are many food and beverage offerings for purchase in the lobby. Overall a fantastic experience.

Some of the front desk staff could be friendlier when interacting with guests.

it was right on the water and fairly new.

my room was right next to the lobby and the doors going out to a patio area. there were people on the patio / deck area right outside my window.

The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our room was comfortable and it was a great location, very quiet and scenic. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast was great!

Located on a lake with excellent view from our room. Hotel manager was very attentive and helpful! The onsite restaurant was quite good- a nice risotto dish along with a strip steak and local beer and wines was quite unexpected at a Hampton Inn.

Good breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The staff were very accommodating

We were upgraded to a lakeview room without asking. The evening entertainment at the lounge was amazing.

I think that $12.95 for a glass of Merlot is a bit too pricey.

The room was large and very clean. The view of the lake from the room was an added bonus.

We enjoyed the restaurant and bar lounge on the premises. Friendly staff and very good food.

¿My Pillow¿ type pillows. Cut up foam pieces inside. Not firm enough.

Location is right on the water,providing beautiful views. Very close proximity to Penn Yan shops and restaurants and hiking trails.

Great location, very clean, the front office manager was fantastic. He did everything possible to make his quests comfortable. He was great!!!

The general manager was excellent and personable. He is great at his job. His staff is just as great. Will definitely stay there again. We dined twice in the Kauka Breeze and Nicole was incredible. For a new employee she was spot on.

The food was not good @ all & waiting almost two hours to eat after they were informed of the size of our party was not acceptable & 28$ a plate for a unsatisfactory meal with a hour & forty five minute wait was very unsatisfactory...I would NEVER suggest
