The Econo Lodge hotel is located off Interstate 86, just minutes from Corning, the home of Corning, Inc., the Corning Museum of Glass, Watkins Glen International racetrack, host of the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, and Watkins Glen State Park. Corning Community College, Elmira College and the Elmira Corning Regional Airport are also nearby. The best of American Western and Native American art are preserved at the Rockwell Museum of Western Art, located less than three miles from this hotel. Finger Lakes vineyards are less than one hour away. - Cleanliness and customer service.
- Cleaner and nicer than expected
- The cleaniness of the place was great.
Cons -
- No elevator
- It said "hot breakfast" but they only had waffels for the hot part. Also bathroom doors are pocket doors which didn't work well.
- Only thing we didn¿t like was the pillows were too small and soft, but we made do with them even though we knew we could ask for more
