Dirty The heater had a burning smell Hasn't been cleaned in years Hotel is rundown

I think it was new ownership. They request cash payment when check in. The hotel was full of the smell of paint and I had headache all night because of smell and couldn't sleep at all. It was a nightmare.

Location was in route to our Adirondack final destination.

Room was advertised as Non-smoking. Room had definitely been smoked in recently. Beds, linens & pillows all smelled strongly of smoke. My wife & I have allergies which were all badly irritated.

I had a minor issue with the TV and it was taken care of immediately.. staff was extremely nice and it was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely nothing. Leaving was the best part.

The hotel lobby and rooms looked fresh and neat. The room was fine. I did miss having a hair dryer and breakfast because the motel is off the beaten track so you have to travel to find food. If you are staying in the area it¿s hard to find restaurants.

The doors to the rooms are heavy and people have to slam them. I Missed the toiletries!

Inexpensive for a quick overnight stay

Needed more towels, (there was just barely 2), that don't smell moldy.

Didn't think I was getting adjoined rooms. Hate door between & thought I booked one that wouldn't have it!

Clerk did not give proper directions from 1 exit on the I90. Should have told me the street or route number not just left at the light. I drove at night for over one hour trying to find the place.

Nothing at all infested with bedbugs

I was woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites from bedbugs. Photos and videos were recorded of live bedbugs in both beds of our room we immediately checked out and paid --- for extermination

Quiet. Simple straightforward room. TV worked. Somewhat clean.

Have stayed several times and will not stay here again. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Room heater non-adjustable: either blazing hot or freezing. Couldn't shower because shower temp knob was faulty. Do staff ever check these things?

The room itself seemed at least partially updated and was fairly clean except the sawdust covering the first four feet of floor In the room. The lobby was recently updated and has a clean fresh look.

Smell of cigarette smoke throughout most of building, plaster dust caked on hallway carpet, no shampoo in bathroom. Arrived at 8:45 pm, no one was at the front desk/lobby, weren’t answering their phone. Waited at least 20 minutes before staff came out.

I liked the location. Is in a quiet area. Close to casino and restaurants.

They advertised continental breakfast but, there was none.

it was easy to find off of I-90. Quiet and our group were given adjoining rooms. Ice machines worked. Fridge and microwave in room

It advertised a continental breakfast... there was none...only reason I decided on this location. No toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) Top sheet was missing from one bed. No Kleenex. Five miles to any eating establishment No secure entry at night.

Location I eould like free stay under better circumstances.

Took me 20 minutes to check in though I made reservations the person at the desk didnt know how to navigate computer I had to pay cash due to problem.I was not aware of renovations going on the hall outside my room smelled heavy of URINE.I LEFT 2HRSlater

The location is quiet. The room was wonderful with a King bed, small table with 2 chairs, a desk with wheeled office chair, low dresser which held a good size flat screen TV. I was pleased to see a microwave and mini fridge! CLEAN ROOM! Free WiFi/parking.

Musty lobby, no flooring, peeling wallpaper. Stained hallway carpeting. ONE set of towels for TWO people, asked for more, never got, I BOUGHT my own! No plug in bathtub, used soap left in shower. Sewage odor in hallways. NO extras. No one in Lobby EVER.

Strangest place ever! Under construction, barren lobby, situated at end of dead-end road in industrial park area, dirty floors & walls. As if they broke into a long-closed Ramada & decided to try renting out rooms

This hotel is an absolute dump. The rooms smell bad and there was mold in the bathroom. The bath fixtures were rusted and the clean towels were musty. The beds were comfortable but that was about it.

The hotel was a complete mess. It smelled when you walked in the door. The carpet was dirty,dog barking, walls all marked up, wall paper falling off. The best -the shower didn't work
