Budget Inn Ontario

The room was dirty and I cleaned it myself. The air conditioner didnt wirk and ut was hit as hell in there. The trim was missing in places and fixtures had bi shades. Half the olygs didn't work. And some were burnt. Just down right horrible.

That I only had to be there one night.

Everything it was dirty and loud

On first floor near office. Good TV. Bed was comfortable.

Only a face cloth& one bath towel, no soap. Luckily I brought one. Only 2 small plastic cups. Had to use both for drinking and brushing teeth. No coffee pot or nearby place where you could buy one. No closet to hang things. Had to use shower rod.

Nothing, it was dirty and bug infected, I booked a room that sleeps 4. It said king sleeps 1-4 so I assumed there was a pullout and there was not. The bed basically took up whole room we had just enough room for 3 in bed and 1 air mattress

Everything, it was dirty and smelled terrible, there had to be 20 dead stink bugs in the room. As soon as you enter it smell hits ya and the lobby had 1 couch and it looked like someone died on it. Broken and empty snack machines, no ice

The manager was not there to take my info There was only 1 motel staff member The room dirty and the toilet didn't flush The motel smelled like cigarettes and animals

There is nothing good I can say about this hotel

The hotel was disgustingly filthy. Paint chipped off walls, decaying wooden cabinets. Scraps of food and hair lodged in a crack next to bathroom tub. There was even black mold under the sink in the bathroom. We didn¿t want to touch anything. Awful!!!

Happy we only stayed the one night, parking and Location was OK

It stank bad odor as soon as we walked in Smelled like filth and mold, dirty laundry piled up in view the lobby, broke vending and ice machines, I wud not stay or recommend to anyone else, extremely nasty. I rate it. Zero

No food even with a Dennys attached and too pricey for service level

I like the clean room...Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

They should offer some amenities. They did have Wifi but nothing else. Coffee and snacks could have been offered for breakfast. Instead of ... Nothing

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty, bed bugs, vending empty, microwave didn't work.

The hotel is a dump there was holes in the bathroom door and no door knob. The bathroom fan was obnoxious loud and the entire room stunk. No vending or ice machine and the window was broken so the smell was stuck inside

Smelled like cigarettes, was under renovation and was not in good shape. It seemed like each room was made up of broken pieces of other hotel rooms.

The guy who was filling in at the front desk was very friendly, the regular staff were outright mean and nasty ... worse hotel experience ever! Check out is 11am & they banged on the door like the Police at 11:03 to tell me I need to get out. A horror!!!

The staff was mean and uncooperative. They acted like they were being bothered during check in & when I had to return to get the wifi password they refused to write it down and it took 3 trips to front the desk to get the correct password.

The aircontioning didn't work, kept shutting off. The plug in tub didn't work,water kept draining. Room was supposed to come with Breakfast, we hoped for at least coffee,juice but once again dissatisfied. There was nothing.

We reserved two double beds, I called the hotel to verify because I'm disabled and can't use stairs. When we went to check in they had given room away. The only room left on main floor just had a king size bed. We were traveling with our granddaughter.

Was not aware that they are currently under renovation. We weren't disturbed with noise. So I guess the price won over on appearance.

There was nothing about this establishment to like.

The room looked/smelled horrible. I felt dirty just standing in the room. Seedy, is the best fitting description.Thankfully one of the only lodgings I've stayed in that the window opens on the second floor. I was able to elevate some of the stench.
