It was close to family, and the kids enjoyed the pool! Thanks for letting them swim ?

The bathroom of room wasn?t clean, there was stuff in the sink and pee marks going down the toilet

Some of the staff was very rude and talked down on my children

Even though we did not request a handicap accessible bathroom, one was given to us which made it much easier for my husband.

The bed sheets were a bit on the rough side and the pillows were not very comfortable, otherwise all was excellent

Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was nice and well served.

The hot tub had an odor

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. Friendly and helpful staff, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The hot breakfast each morning was a great way to start our day! The location was convenient for us, close to Cooperstown and shopping/dining.

The room was very nice. Roomy. We could see mountains out of our window.

The rooms are clean and well tended to including the bathroom, in addition I liked use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym and business center which had a PC for my use. A continental breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon which I enjoyed.

Very buisy place the weekend I went the hotel was booked, not a bad thing but alot of people.

Very nice staff who were responsive to needs and professional. Terrific room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Coffee and tea available at all times. Lots of snacks available to purchase.

The pool was too cold. The heater not working in the jacuzzi and too cold. Staff did notify us of this. Cold in the main areas.

The exercise area is tiny. One treadmill, one elliptical machine in a claustrophobic space. No weights. If you want to work out during your stay, find another hotel.

Our overall stay was great. Only negative were the soft, tilted mattresses on both beds. Would have preferred firmer mattresses for a more comfortable sleep.

Great Breakfast selection and the food was good, beds were comfortable, showers were clean.

There was a teenage birthday party going on one of the nights and the hotel was very loud (11:30 pm), had to complain 3 times. No supervision, but not necessary the hotel's fault. Changed rooms the second night and very quiet. Overall a great hotel.

The staff was very nice and polite. The receptionist was very nice and informative. Though the room looked nice we wanted one with a bath so she switched us to another room. The breakfast crew also were pleasant.

It was not very clean. There was black lint all over the bottom of the bedspreadu on the bed nearest the air/ heat unit from dirty filter. Ther was a long black hair under the blanket next to my pillow on the sheet. Someones shaved hair on soap in bathroo
