Quality Inn Oneonta Cooperstown Area

The location.

The cleanliness. The bathroom and bedrooms needs a total remodel - ESPECIALLY for the price! The pool was disgusting. Had a film in the water. Bugs/spiderwebs eveywhere.

Some brown substance on bottom of toilet seat, which was not from our family. For 2 nights had to listen to an intermittent humming noise which kept us up. Could. It hear it from hallway but in room it was present.

The hotel was large, clean, and quiet. The hotel also had nice hot water

Good location and room was ready on time

Check in staff was not friendly. Toilet wasn¿t very clean and shower looked rough. Hallways smelled really strong like they were covering something up. Breakfast ended early and selection wasn¿t great. Would have expected more for the price.

Housekeeping was only once every 3 days. Ran out of towels and toilet paper often. Was not very clean.

Friendly staff.

The carpet in my room did not look clean. The rest of the room and bathroom were very clean.

They had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot in the room plus breakfast was included and went until 10:00 instead of 9 or 9:30. Loved the view and the decor in the breakfast room/restaurant.

When eggs ran out at 9:15 there was non-one yo replenish it but at least we did get some. Lol

This hotel served an amazing breakfast. Not too far from stores and Walmart.

I did not like the fact that this hotel did not have an elevator. It was very difficult to travel with the elderly in these conditions. Also, the pillows were very very thick and uncomfortable. The horrible Yankees fans were really loud and rude.

We have stayed here before. Love the large, large grassy areas they have where you can walk your pups! Comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice room. Would recommend.

Surprisingly this stay we had a toilet seat that cleary was not cleaned. The front desk gave us another room right away, or offered for the toilet to be cleaned. We moved to a room 2 doors down.

Prime location. Ample parking and nice breakfast.

The bathroom could be better especially the shower head. The water pressure was awful

Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Really enjoyed stay. Clean room, nice firm bed, and enough options. Plus close enough to area restaurants/shops.

The room was fine, there was a tree with gorgeous leaves outside the door near the pool. Friendly staff.

The television was on during breakfast with no one watching or nearby control; and I found it difficult to read my book.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent.

The room itself was fine but the bathroom needed updating.

located near all sorts of stores.... pretty easy to get to cooperstown dreams field for baseball tournament

totally overpriced... if we use a hampton inn as the bar, this was somewhere between a hampton inn and a ramada. overall hotel was tired, felt like maybe we were in the 80's.

This is NOT worthy of a 3* rating. Thin towels, thin old sheets that slipped off the old soft mattress, soft old pillows is what would be expected at a 2* or less.

Close to shopping snd restaurants

The tv did not work snd when I told the desk person she said it was too late to do anything about it.
