Passport Inn Niagara Falls

The most I like about it is, It's very close to the Niagara Falls, just 0.5 miles from the stay.

If they provided water would've been great, cause spending nearly over $--- for one night and no water to drink, you literally have to pay for water.

It was dirty, hotel stunk like cigarettes, boogers on the shower wall and the front desk man was really rude.

carpet filthy! feet get black walk barefoot. room smelled needs basic care - painting, grouting, caulking, updating & new flooring NO lamps by bed fix curtains to fit AC and get needs hooks moldy shower tile update room by room & then charge more!

The reviews weren't great but I had no problem with my room except that the bathroom light flickered (I never told the staff). Also the room needed bedside lights as the main light is not bright enough.

The bedding was impeccably clean & beds made-up tight. Staff worked with me when my credit card failed. ¿¿

No microwave oven as advertised.

Location was convenient. Parking included.

Bathroom had water damage/mold/ peeling paint. Broken vanity door. Carpeting needed to be vacuumed. Bedding smelled fresh but was stained. You could tell they were in the process of updating but for the price definitely expected better.

Staff was nice,fast check in,location:nice restaurants on 3rd.close to falls.room was clean and bed was comfortable.

No table lamps, light was on the ceiling.

This has been one of my worst hotel experiences. Bed bugs!!! I woke up with bites all over my body. And so did my friends. This hotel is a disaster. Sheets were dirty. Had to br replaced. Lamps were broken. Damaged sink, used soap, dont stay here!!!

Nothing. It was a roach motel.

Thr bugs, dirty sheets, the air conditioner didn't work, very dirty room.

Bathroom tiles were falling apart in shower and the bedding looked real old

Nothing!

This motel is very dirty! Dirty shower, carpet not clean. Towels looked dirty folded. Had to ask for more towels, owner didn't bring more unless we were staying another night. Drywall nail sticking out of dresser holding drawers together.

Location

The rooms smell very bad. No concept of daily room service, I am not expecting fresh sheets every single day but at the least please take the trash out and check for any supplies/toiletries that may need adding/changing.

Nice location. Close to the park and waterfall. Free parking. Huge king size bed.

Money you'll pay for it is equal the quality. smell in the room is horrible. Blanket is dirty and need to be replaced. No toilet paper in bathroom.

It was a cheap place to stay for a night

The bed was frame was being held up with very large phone books,the shower curtain was too short to keep the water in.and they definitely need to invest in new towels!

Overall we didn't like the Motel. Too much staff in the small room.
