Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/Blvd

Large bathroom and breakfast area.

The 2, female breakfast staff had the kitchen door open and were playing, singing and dancing to loud hispanic music. Not appropriate whatsoever!

Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Under construction and laundry was closed.

Friendly staff Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Debris on the bathroom floor indicating that it had not been cleaned. Non-guest, probably from the Red Roof Inn next door, rummaging through the trash can out front. Idiot at the wrong room kicking my door at midnight (not the hotels fault).

The water temps in the shower. The kids loved the pool the best power there were tons of chlorine in there to the point of me just sitting down there ny body turned red.

The chlorine amounts.

Location. Near restaurants and Niagara Falls

We had to leave! Oh the pool was a little cool! It was fine after just getting in and swimming around.

Very clean hotel with updated room decor. The location was convenient to the Interstate.

There were no comfortable chairs in the room.

Morning Breakfast was good

Bathroom door did not get locked, when i called to complain to staff, they mentioned it can only be resolved the next day and there was no other rooms available. Bathroom Exhaust was not working.

The location, room size/comfort and breakfast was excellent variety and overall value.

Location, a lot of places to eat; shopping close to Niagara Falls state park , room is spacious big, clean

Hotel is showing its age. Use to love staying at Hampton Inns. Now they are just as nice,

AC thermostat rigged so room temp could not be lowered to desired level. Thermostat would also no allow ac fan to run constant as desired. Pillows on King bed were small and terrible.

Our experience from the time we came through the doors made us feel so welcomed. The breakfast area was so clean with plenty of food for all guest. Due to the staffing & their kindness you could hear each table speaking of how great the stay was. They als

There was no cleaning service due to housekeeping having a fight and the all fired. The pillows were very low grade. 6=1
