Sterling Inn near IAG Airport

The location was fine and the front desk worker was friendly. Parking was free.

The room was run down. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower and towels had stains on them. The door did not have a chain lock so we felt unsafe. Worst of all, a large spider was found on the pillow of the bed after we had already been lying on it.

 Owner is very much responsive and helpful.

Room was smelling like wet mold or cigar kind of. Bathroom dry wall was in bad condition. The drywall and the trims were kind of eaten and rotten. Bathroom is extremely small suh that the door almost hits the commode and quite uncomfortable. Expens

Nothing good! Disgusting hotel, dirty sheets, the most horrible experience of my life!

The worst experience of my life. I have never been in a hotel like this. The bed sheets were so dirty, full of human hair and stains that I can tell several guests have slept on them without being changed. Stay away from this disgusting place!!!!!!!!

Nothing,it?s old ,creepy,needs everything update, I?m sure the doors in the bathroom are over 60 yrs old.

Quick and easy process, single floor plan. Value for money, received service what I paid for.

No big expectation while staying, so nothing wrong to mention.

It’s an old place with good bed. Far away from Falls. There are no shuttles.

There was shuttles advertised. But there was none.

Location was great, very convenient only 15 mins drive tot he Niagara's Falls and attractions.

Didn’t like that tub was not draining as it should and water was accumulating while you shower.

Everything, the room itself had stale smell and way too dusty Vanity and bathtub was not draining the water . AC unit , refrigerator was loud noise throughout the night Because of the dust it triggered allergies. Soundproofing of the room was pathetic as we could hear the people in adjacent rooms talking , doors shut loudly and even when they ran the water .I would not recommend anyone this property for family .I would not re
