Red Coach Inn

Small, cozy, close to falls. Great food in the restaurant. Free parking and in front of my room door.

Location was convenient and staff were very accommodating. The breakfast menu was superb.

We stayed in the London room. The bathroom sink counter was small and made it difficult for two adults to get ready at the same time

The room was small but the view was to kill for, clean and the bed very comfortable and we loved the bath robes

The hot tub had no slip guard in it. It was hard getting in and out of it.

Great location, comfortable cozy room, excellent restaurant.

Nothing significant, separate entrances to many rooms, no connection to lobby.

Friendly staff in both the Inn and restaurant lounge. The proximity to Niagara Falls was perfect for walking to the Falls! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Would love to come back again.

The view from our room was wonderful! Also, the restaurant provided wonderful meals - we enjoyed dinner and breakfast there.

Amazing location, beautiful inn, pleasant and very helpful staff.

That I was there only for one night - I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room.

The location is super being very close to the Falls and a short walk to Canada. The parking is in the back of the hotel and if your room is in the front of the hotel it is a short walk through a breezeway. The soaps, shampoo, etc. was great.

There was dust on the tables which was surprising since we are in the COVID era. Even if the room was cleaned a week prior, it should be looked over for that (but it was possibly missed). I wish that you were able to see the water from sitting on couch.

Location was perfect. Right next to Niagara River, American Falls, and Bridal Veil falls on Goat Island Right over pedestrian bridge & easy gentle walk. Accommodations were classic, as this property started in 1923. Excellent full breakfast was included.

The staff was friendly and helpful The dining room is wonderful with a view and a warm fireplace Breakfast was very good and dinner was good The little touches like music on in the room and the welcome snack were very nice

Location was fantastic. Staff was exceptional. Was not aware that cheese and crackers along with champagne was part of the deal. Plus a free breakfast in the restaurant, which could have been anything on the menu.

The location to the falls was fantastic, as well as the included breakfast at the cute restaurant attached.

The staff was inattentive, we waited 20 minutes to sit for our second day's breakfast. At checkout (11am) we stood at the counter for 10 minutes no one to be found. We ended up just leaving our room key on the desk and leaving.

We will return!! Fruit and wine waiting in the beautiful room. Free parking. Made to order breakfast was as pretty as it was delicious. Inn was unique, quiet and in a perfect location!! Walking out the front door the rapids can be heard and seen.

The restaurant was great, good food, great service.  the Front desk they were very friendly and helpful,great place great service.

The morning cashier give me attitude when I said "good morning" to her and she act like I was bothering her. I told her the Housekeeper left the vacuum outside the room never was picked up it stay there until the next day even dough the Hskp make the bed.

The Victorian style of the hotel was warn, romantic, and inviting. The restraint was the best part every morning. Beautiful dining area, good service, and great food.

Weather was bad when we arrived the parking lot and sidewalks were all very icy and dangerous. No cleaning was done.

Room was beautiful. Dinner was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

Location was great. The web site did not lead us to believe that it was in a busy place.

Very hard to figure out where the main lobby was and where to park.
