Falls Motel

Price; had a fridge.

Bed was uncomfortable; staff was hostile. The word that occurred to both of us was "dump."

Light sensor on all night! Kept us awake all night! Security deposit $100.00! First time ever heard of this.

I didn?t like everything. Staff disrespectful and rude. Took my money and I never stayed at the hotel.

The room was very cozy and receptionist very nice and friendly. We traveled with 6 yo kid and the room was perfect for it's distribution. Good experience for very fare price!

Location to the falls is a 5 minute drive.

Don't expect your $100 security deposit back. The guy in charge plays dumb when you ask for it back. Not worth the hassle to stay there to save a hundred bucks on a cheaper room.

Location is very closed to the State Park, and the price is cheap with high quality

Adorable! About 4 miles from the falls, quiet and very clean. Hotel employee was a wonderful and accommodating host. I was very comfortable there, and will definitely be staying again!

The staff stayed up for us to arrive late and was friendly.

Bed was horrible. rest of room was very dated but no more then you would expect at this star level and price for the area.

It was convenient for us and the owner was wanting to please us. A very nice person.

Needs some updates.

If smells bother you don't stay at this motel! My entire family was stuffed up and sneezing. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.Just a bad overall experience. Spend a little more on a motel closer to the falls and you will enjoy your trip much more!

The staff, especially the son,were so friendly! They were so helpful at giving directions, maps and tips on things to do in the area.

The hotel is in an OK location for driving. Not for walking anywhere. It is very dated and needs a thorough cleaning.

The motel is dated but we knew that from the description and reviews. It was very clean and a great job in the hospitality department. We had a transporation glitch and they accommodated and used their own vehicle to help us. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humor. The price for a 2 night stay was very reasonable.

Just very dated. A bit dark. Bedding was clean, but older and lower quality.

The staff was excellent friendly, hotel had microwave, coffee, TV,refrigerator,(basket for continental breakfast) included juice,water,muffins,pastry,bananas,price was very reasonable.I would highly recommend this hotel they gave 5 star service

I would highly recommend this hotel even though it is a older facility they gave 5 star service. Even gave us a map with directions how to get to falls and other areas, exceptional !!

It was not far from Niagara Falls, and quite a bit cheaper than hotels in Niagara.

The rooms are to old, bathroom needs repairs.

We liked the location and the son, Hotel employee was very friendly and helpful. Father seemed like we were an inconveniece when we asked him to come back and reclean the bathroom. We also liked the free transportation to the Falls areas.

Sheets were clean, but yellowed.Rrenovations looked like they were not done properly.Bathroom renovations looked "pieced together" and used. Tub was not caulked all the way around. Outside of toilet not clean. Hairs in sink & tub.
