Aarya Hotel By Niagara Fashion Outlets

Location

Rude staff, dirty facilities, no amenities

It was dirty, , and the front office attendants were extremely rude. We canceled our stay. Please refund our money

The hot water was not working. All of us showered in cold water including 2 year old twins

Staff is very friendly

There were no curtains in the bathroom. The stairway had smoke smell and was very bad. Microwave was not accessbile till 9:30 AM

The only good thing about this hotel was it's fairly close proximity to the falls.

Do Not Stay Here! Doesnt meet the rating that is listed on here. Manager was rude and confrontational. They lied about running my cr card and wanted cash instead even though receipt said PaidInFull. Rooms are dirty and small. No towels. B-fast unsanitary

It was not cleaned when we entered, water was clogged in bathroom sink, when we called the attender he started giving instructions. Had a argument with him and he asked to go ou of the hotel by taking the amount back. Horrible experience really.worst ex

Before we even got the the place Allen me 2 tomes threatening to cancel or reservation because it was after 5 pm. Min you, we didn't make the reservation until close to 4 pm that day. We pull in there is trash everywhere doors look rigged to stay up.

We had the family room it was supposed to be queen sized beds but they were not. Too many extra fees as well. There was only a 3 towel set up for a room that sleeps 5 people.

Location and rooms were clean.

Breakfast was a disappointment to be polite. I went elsewhere to eat and was much happier.

It was reasonably priced and close to the attractions we wanted to see.

The towels in the rooms were stained and torn. The bed linens were very old and stained as well.

Just a clean basic room nice little breakfast stay there alot

Could not lock door. In very poor neighborhood, had a smell to room was not able to stay in room left to find more suitable lodging

There was nothing to like about the motel. I would not call that place a hotel

The room was dirty and stink very bad like wet stinky socks. The paint peeling off. We had three rooms and we lost our money but we did stay at that place. It was terrible. The grout on the bathroom was disgusting dirty.

Air Conditioner only

definitely NOT 3-Star level Walkways were dirty. Single hand soap for a family of FOUR ??? And no conditioner nor lotion?? MAINLY NO TONGS TO SERVE BREAD OR MUFFINS !

Staff was rude, found weed outside my door when I woke up. Rooms are small, doors don't latch properly, just a terrible experience.

Is clean and quiet, it's close to restaurant,s it's close to shops, it's my go-to hotel when I'm in the area got a nice little continental breakfast nothing fancy enough to fill your belly to start your day

Nothing it's just a nice little hotel inexpensive

Clean decent rooms good front office management quiet location just a perfect hotel if you want a good night's sleep and nothing more

Nice staff nice setup

Online description said room had Spa - it did not. Motel next door did have jacuzzi rooms.. But stayed anyways
