- Everything appeared clean and well kept, staff was pleasant. Appreciated that larger dogs (up to 80 lbs) are allowed and with no extra fees. Made choosing them easy!
- Value for the payment.
- View of the lake, and friendly staff.
Cons -
- Towels had holes in them, big holes. Not once but two days in a row. Not thrilled about the drop ceilings verses hard ceilings. A bit creepy considering the reputation of some facilities.
- Quality of guests.
- Power went out for 7 hours and I was told it wasn?t their fault that I should have unplugged the TV that was making a horrible loud noise! The older man in the morning arrogantly said he wasn?t going to compensate me. I will be reporting this to BBB!
