check in was quick. quiet location and facilities.
no signage out front so walked right passed the hotel at first. Room was tired and could use a refresh. For a night or two stay cant complain. TV picture quality was really bad.

The best I can say is the hotel was clean and in a great location.
Rooms were tired, there were now facilities. When we booked it was breakfast included. When we checked in the guy in front desk stressed several times that it was a very light breakfast. Basically coffee and a poor selection of pastries. Supposedly coffee was available most of the day, it was not. They also took a large security deposit that took us 4 weeks of chasing to get back.. they don’t reply to emails or answer the phone, we ended up reporting to Booking.com in the end.

Rooms were quiet and dark allowing for good sleeping conditions. Complementary breakfast was a nice bonus. Location was great.

Excellent location. Coffee was good. Room upgrade. Spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a Midtown stay. Near subway and many walkable places.
The continental breakfast was very limited. Only one fruit and one flavor yogurt. Could offer a couple of choices. I only tried the croissants and it was stale and dry. Skipped the breakfast the next day.

Best shower of my life! The water pressure literally felt like a waterfall and the temperature was perfect. The room was clean and very old fashioned (featuring a real stocked up mini bar, LOL)! The location was perfect, walked out straight into Times Square and then 1-2 blocks down to Grand Central Station to take the LIRR to JFK, super easy! The staff were extremely friendly and impressed me so much! I will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!

Nothing the room was gross not clean and it smelled. They also didn’t give me the room I paid for
I paid for a queen lux room and was given a smaller room with not a queen bed and any conversation I had with the staff was useless

Room and bathroom is small but tidy.
Red flag for $300 refundable deposit and still waiting for the refund after 5 weeks.
