The reception staff, concierge, restaurant / bar staff are all so helpful…special thanks to the room attendants who looked after us and the room so well. Ideal location for a first trip to New York and would definitely stay there again. Our request for an high rise city view was accommodated and we had a lovely view. Our breakfast wasn’t included but we paid for breakfast one morning and the all you can eat buffet was lovely with a good variety of food.

Great location, close to Times Square and subway. Easily walkable to other key locations. Rooms cleaned daily. Lifts are absolutely fine and never waited longer than 5 mins max.

Very central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and nicely designed rooms, great varied breakfast, amazing rooftop bar, good value for money
Nothing really - the rooms aren’t huge but still bigger than I expected. The lifts are a little slow at times but not bad. We had a great stay.

Location, cleanliness, bed, bathroom, toiletries, quietness, plenty of plugin outlets, city view, staff service, breakfast coffee.
Breakfast has no many options, you’ll find the same menu every day. Towels need’s to be changed. Lobby is small for the amount of guests the property holds.

Lovely bar area downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff.
My 17year old was not allowed in the rooftop bar. So we went to 230th rooftop bar where she was allowed in. Shame really!

We loved this hotel. It feels very new and had everything we needed. Loved the location and the view and, amazingly for New York, there was no outside noise at night. We all had a great sleep- beds comfortable and air con/ heating controllable and not too noisy. The shower was good and the toiletries nice. It’s a busy hotel but we rarely waiting too long for a lift.
