The hotel location is excellent. It is unique and very cool. The 2nd and 35th floor lounge were particularly great. Very clean. Small rooms but updated and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. My second time staying there so knew it was a nice place to stay! Good food in the bar.
We had some issues with the first room allocated to us and were waiting for a while for sometime to come and assist. That said, once the manager on duty got involved, it was sorted very quickly - Victor was very helpful.

Good location, nice lounge area on 2nd floor, free coffee. Room had a view of empire state bldg, which was really cool. Overall, enjoyed staying at the hotel.
Elevator was dark, couldn't see buttons. Also one of the elevators wasn't displaying floor numbers -- stuck on 12.

It was a comfortable mid-range priced hotel with a nice flower aesthetic theme. It had a nice modern touch to it with moody lighting with a rooftop bar as well. The rooms were clean and compact, and surprisingly had a decent amount of room. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Atleast the type of room I was in was perfect for a solo traveler looking to explore NYC.
My hotel room could have used a better table/desk and also a small chair. A mini fridge would have been preferred too. The hooks on the wall were astheticly pleasing and convenient, but some felt a little out of place. If you were to put only clothes you would block the TV and wall desk.

Nice and central location. Very friendly staff. The room was small (which is expected of New York) but comfortable, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a room on 26th floor, view was great, but everything depends on what side of the hotel your room is. Some rooms might have better view. Location is great, 15 min from TM. Fast elevators. Very big and comfy bed. Room was clean. The main advantage was the view.
Room was so so tiny, there was no wardrobe, no place to open a big suitcase, no place to unpack and use your stuff. We were 2 with 3 suitcases and didn’t have a place to move. There were no mugs in the room; no kettle, no coffee (although you can get free coffee in the bar in the morning). Information about facilities was poor (no info in the room). Room was kinda stuffy. There were no toilet brush.

Bed very comfortable and HVAC quiet and comfortable.
Non-refundable $20/day "credit/service fee" extremely annoying. Basically you need to spend that amount per day on coffee/breakfast, lunch or drinks in the hotel or still get billed for that amount. I know many hotels impose these garbage fees, but they are very grating. When traveling, this is something you just don't want to think about and it coerces you into use hotel services rather than explore what's outside the hotel. These need to go away.
