Room: Well proportioned, nice big TV, great view, natural light, good shower, east to control temp. Good channel selection on TV, and casing function was awesome when it worked.Lobby very comfortable, desk staff very nice
Lots of little things in the room seemed run down. Broken toilet roll holder, maintenance guy had to come show me the special trick for raising and lowering the blinds. The casing option on the TV had badly distorted audio most of the times I tried to use it.The room lighting was not good. The choices were full blast overhead like shopping at CVS, or two dimly glowing balls by the bed that weren't even bright enough to read by.

Nicely appointed room that was exceptionally clean and quiet. Bed was fantastic and all amenities were superior quality. Nice lobby coffee shop and bar with live music on weekend nights made for a great place to meet and relax before starting day trips or turning in for the night.Staff was exceptionally helpful and gracious.
Hotel was busy so elevator access and speed was a challenge.Not very many updated charging stations in room.Bathroom had very limited shelf / horizontal surfaces to set toiletries.

Great hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Size of the rooms were great. Our past experience in New York had been with small rooms. We had some minor issues and the hotel immediately looked after us. For anyone wanting to stay in the Upper West Side, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything so close and walkable! Tons of restaurants, museums and sights just steps from the hotel. Nice staff and super comfy beds.
The room was fine but the TV didn't work, even after we received a new remote. Wished the ice machines were on each floor instead of just one.
