Pros +
- Kindness of staff. Ability to check my luggage while I went to a meeting, even after checking out.
- The hotel staff! So friendly and helpful. Location felt safe and accessed wonderful neighborhood for food and shopping. The fact that we were able to access laundry was exceptional as I stayed for 10 days. Also there was a cool restaurant/bar - Ophelia.
- Large rooms with built in kitchenette and sitting area.
Cons -
- The shower head was not working properly and even though maintenance came right away it still was noisy and water didn¿t flow properly. The bed was not the most comfortable.
- There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I would stay again!
- The staff was extraordinarily unpleasant & unhelpful. They made a mistake and rather than just admit it, they doubled down and became completely unhelpful. I will never stay there & I will warn everyone that I meet never to stay there.
