We always stay here while we are in NYC. Very good location, quiet hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming!

The location is great and the room was decent size for NYC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, very convenient. Despite being in the Times Square district it is very quiet.

Great location, very easy to access everything. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was clean and quiet, ideal for a short stay.
The room was quite small with limited equipment (no safe, fridge, or iron).

Room size, quietness of the building, location, free water and refillable bottles, the staff, cleanliness of the room, etc. were all great.
It would have been nice to have a restaurant or eatery choice in the building; I believe that's something you may be working on or under construction but that would have added to my stay. Also didn't realize there was no refrigerator in the room; that is on me for not checking/paying attention to the listing but that also would have been nice. Overall really enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I appreciated the locked front door at night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance to tourist attractions. Lobby is nice and supplied with coffee and tea. Room is clean and comfortable.
It would be nice if there were crackers or cookies.
