Helpful and friendly staff

Elevator buttons out so couldn't tell if buttons were pressed or not. Bath towels request, but was limited in how many was provided. Room near elevator, which made too much noise. Need better insulation of elevators/rooms from noise.

Location is very close to most important subway lines In Manhattan. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities are handy in case you need to cook your meals. Whole Food is just cross the street.

Poor WiFi, elevator noice, shower curtain is not water proof (leaking water to bathroom floor). The room is generally clean, but we did see a small sized cock roach on the couch.

My husband and I stayed for two nights there and saw a lot lack of cleanliness.In the corridors so dirty in front of the elevator.And the elevator was very noisy and poorly maintained.

The kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff. The location was perfect to discover New York City. Reliable room service.The breakfast was always yummy (but also everyday the same) and gave us a good start into the day. I enjoyed the fresh fruits.

The elevators often were filled beyond their max capacity. Long waiting times during peak breakfast hours.Breakfast: you have to walk several times ftom the buffet to your table. Handing out trays would've made things much better.

Great hotel with friendly and very helpful staff! Valet parking was a breeze and the buffet breakfast with a waffle maker was a delight!The location was perfect for seeing Broadway shows and strolling in Bryant Park-just lovely!!

The breakfast options were not that diverse, very limited options outside eggs and sausage and cereal (I would love more veggies). The room is a bit old, with windows that don't open well.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right across from Bryant Park, and within walking distance of most of the city's major attractions. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, which made getting around incredibly easy.For anyone looking to explore the city, this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, dining, and just enjoying everything New York has to offer. The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the elevators tended to get quite busy during breakfast hours, but that’s a minor inconvenience given how fantastic the location is.Our room was very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to have an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The room may be a bit dated, but it’s well-maintained and in great condition overall. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting New York!
