- There was a small issue with check-in - our room was occupied. Thank god they had just checked in and there was really nothing to see. The front desk apologized and was very honest with the mix up and they upgraded us with a room with a better view.
- Only one elevator worked, and the former attached bar/restaurant was closed
- Noise from outside freight dock late at night
