Review summary
The hotel enjoys a great location, with easy access to numerous restaurants and bars, making it convenient for guests. While the rooms are generally clean and feature comfortable beds, some reviews highlight issues such as outdated furniture and lack of basic bathroom amenities. Guests appreciate the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff, contributing to an overall pleasant stay despite a few concerns regarding room conditions and noise from the surrounding area.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, including the bathrooms. The location is excellent and felt very safe. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Soho, which made it convenient for getting around. Overall, the property itself is well kept and pleasant to stay in.
There were two issues during my stay. First, the in-room dining experience was very disappointing. The room advertised in-room dining with Hilton branding, showing that it was available until 11:00 p.m. At 10:30 p.m., I placed and paid for an order through my phone. The order later showed “out for delivery,” but it never arrived. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was handled by a third party and that they could not help, which was frustrating given that it was advertised as a Hilton service. The next morning, I received a message saying the food had been delivered when it had not, and it took several hours of contacting customer service to resolve the issue. The second issue was that only one lift was working, which caused long waits and was quite inconvenient. Another guest waiting with me also expressed the same concern.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room
Refrigerator didn't work, lost $20 worth of food because of that. Only one elevator, which caused crowds in the lobby, and had difficulties with extending a stay, so I gave up.

Good location, and a comfortable room. The hotel staff was really helpful and responsive. The room is big enough and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional and the morning coffee/tea at the reception is highly appreciated. Location-wise, you will be very close to Soho and the southern tip of Manhattan, it is easy to travel anywhere (especially with the metro station right outside of the hotel). Would recommend!
We had a couple towels missing, and an issue with one of the room service providers. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us out with it, one of the managers was extremely responsive.

Location: subway station is next to hotel. Many restaurants and attractions are close by. Clean room, comfortable bed.
I booked Premiun room with king size bed, very small room with comfortable bed. However, no view from window, need to keep curtains close because it was looking at inside space, conditioners on lobby roof, and windows of across building. Technically it feels like inside room on cruise. Cannot open shades to daylight due to poor view and total visibility to people across. It is room 216, see photos below. I paid well over $200 for night for that room with no view.

Location is great. Room was clean.
Our initial room was given to someone else and took about 40 minutes to figure out how to provide us with a new room. Didn't get a better rate, discount or complementary snack/meal for making us wait (we had little kids that were hungry).

The location was great. The staff were courteous and helpful.
I asked if the beds were queen sized before I booked and when we arrived they were only double. For a family of 4 in one room with 2 beds there wasn’t enough space.

Location is perfect
It was a terrible experience. After 24 hour of flight, i and 2 kids went to hotel at 10.30pm and they said there was no booking in their system and it was Booking’s error and they sold out all rooms. And Booking kept saying that it was not Booking’s fault, they did send the reservation to the hotel but there were some technical issues with the hotel’s system. After tons of calls and discussions among Booking, hotel and me, Booking kept searching hotels around for a room (that i booked for 7 days) and hotel kept searching in their system. We finally got 1 small room (1 bed for 3 people) at 1.30am and my younger son started getting sick. I had to pay much more than my booking and until now no one told me who bear the gap.

The location is great. The hotel is not big so you can go up and down really quick (no waiting for lifts).
The heat was really old and made a loud noise so we had to turn it off during night. We asked for extra blankets since the room was really cold.
