The location is excellent
When we came in we had to ask for a room change (the changed us to a bit small room) because the heating was not working and it was going to take too long for an engineer to come. We arrived in NY at 06.00 am and got the at 15.00 hrs. We just wanted to finally have a room in order to be able to settle in. The second room felt some 50 sqf smaller ....

Everything about our stay was amazing! As it was our birthday, we were treated to a free upgrade, which made the experience even more special. Every member of the team, from catering and cleaning to reception, was so kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A massive thank you to Tariq, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly helpful and truly made our stay ten times better. Highly recommend this hotel, can’t wait to come back! ❤️

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect just below Central Park and next to a subway station, the room was a great size and very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful. The evening tapas and drinks that are included in the cost are a great addition and many evenings we just had that as our main dinner. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody and I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in New York. Thank you!

Spacious room and comfortable bed.
Plug points were very good and lighting was quite dull in the room and no full length mirror.

Excellent location, quality room and its facilities. Great breakfast and every day from 5pm to 8pm there was (an unexpected) light meal with drinks. Helpful and friendly staff

Great location near Central Park. Comfortable room, great facilities, helpful staff. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner in the dining room was excellent.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks are excellent
The lifts were slow but I think this was due to repairs / renovations
