Pros +
- Hotel is large for Manhattan.
- Room was spacious for NYC and the room amenities were terrific.
- The location and the complementary breakfast really helped us.
Cons -
- Front desk not friendly or accommodating for early check in; stressed. Room size way smaller than expected based on web photos. Wasn’t worth the price. Floors dirty.
- I’m a low maintenance guest, that being said, it took a few try’s to get a couple of needed items from housekeeping / front desk.
- Nothing to mention, but additional vegetarian options would be recommended.
