Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. We had been upgraded because our stay was for a week. Great location right outside grand central station.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, nice linen and towels. Perfect location for our needs.
Minor item: the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were awkward to use.

The heater in the room was not working and there were no additional blankets. The location is good and most of the people are nice. The front desk people should more polite to its employees. We got a junior suite because the hotel was almost booked. The area is nice and the shower and bed were comfortable

The hotel design is warm and elegant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location near the central terminal.
It would be better if there is coffee maker/water kettle in the room. The facilities are a bit aged but it’s acceptable.
