- The location is great as it?s right on the subway line and it?s cheaper than if staying in midtown
- Location and clean!!
- I just feel very comfortable here. People here are super friendly, easy check-in, 12:00 check out, and everything in the area is all you need. There's nothing that's not here.
Cons -
- I wish the pillows were better. They have been updating their hotel over the past year or so, but the pillows are very flat and unsupportive
- Tub wooden train in two different rooms I had. First room it was no big deal easy fix, the second room I was a little upset. I didn't complain about it.
- The elevator is extremely slow, uncomfortably small, and clearly outdated. It takes forever to reach floors, and the cramped space makes it inconvenient. Definitely needs an upgrade.
