Small quaint hotel in the heart of Greenwich Village adjacent to Washington Square Park. Rooms are designed with an older flair but comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Buffet simple breakfast included in rate. Location is great.

Great location; staff was accommodating when we had a problem. Good breakfast selections
Original room had heat issue (could not control air - too hot. We requested a room change which was accommodated and it was a much better experience.

Spacious room. Very good location - Near subways, surrounded by many good restaurants around Washington Square Park and Greenwich Village. Attentive staff. We got an early check in too!

The staff are approachable and helpful. Breakfast is allowed to go ( as we are rushing every morning ) . The drinking water is refillable.
There’s a mirror in front of our bed. The beautiful painting /photo of a woman is reflected on the mirror and it’s kinda creepy.

Excellent location, great for access to metro. Loved the surrounding neighborhood and proximity to places of interest
Hotel is a bit run down, needs refurbishing. Very surprised no fridge and no kettle although had coffee maker. Didn’t refresh some bathroom things.
