Large room, quiet. Great location. Even got to check in early and leave our bags the next day until we were ready to leave. Staff was so nice.
Older building so no thermostat. Room was very warm.

The location is wonderful. My teen daughter and I spent a week exploring. We saw shows, had great meals, wandered through museums, Central Park, and the zoo. Friends in Brooklyn were an easy Uber away. Our studio was spacious and clean. The kitchenette came in very handy with groceries and pizza right there. And when I decided, a week before our trip, to extend our stay, Tina was wonderful and made it happen. We will definitely return.

Room exceptionally clean, staff so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchenette looked recently updated. Everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking basic food or heating leftovers. Great location!
I was on the 10th floor, which was fine, noise-wise. You could still hear the street but it wasn't bad. My friend was staying on the 2nd floor and said the street noise kept her awake. To be expected for the location, I guess, but be aware. Carpet, wallpaper and furniture a bit dated but that didn't bother us at all.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Always good to see Jaime at the Front Desk is always very good and fast with checking you in. They make you feel at home. Keep up the good work! Very clean and well maintained. Great location. New restaurants even opened since my last stay here.

Big room, comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Nice shower. They let us check in early as we had earlier flight.

Love the location and the large rooms. We come for theatre and you’re literally steps from every theatre. Staff is fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily. My first time staying here but I visit often and will definitely be back! It’s awesome having a full kitchen.
