- The front desk staff was awesome. We were late for a reservation and she was able to call the restaurant to advise them of our delayed arrival so we could keep our reservation.
Cons -
- no microwave onsite for guest use
- AC did not work in our room and it was 86 degrees. Too hot to sleep. They charged to hold our luggage the last day but did not tell me they were charging! $--- for 4 hours!!!!
- The city view room we received really did not have much of a view at all.
