Very kind and helpful staff, great location and hotel! Very accommodating staff, always willing to help. Comfortable beds, and spacious room.

The location is great.
It doesn’t compare to any other Courtyard by Marriot I’ve stayed in the past. It’s old and not well kept. Windows were dirty, beds boards were falling apart. Linen was clean but that was about it.

Location is great 5-10min walk to Times Square 5 min walk to the Empire State Building. Great location very central to everything. Windows opened a couple of cm was great to be able to let some fresh air in and also be able to know if I needed an extra jacket or not.
Took a while to adjust to the car horns. Can hear it in the room all night long and that’s coming from living on a main busy road in Australia city.

room was clean. We only needed a place to sleep for 1 night and it was perfect. Not a big room, but that's how nyc is. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in while in nyc it was probably the nicest.

Location is excellent. Room size (2 double beds kings room) is little bit tight if you do have 3 suitcases. But surely better than other similar hotels in 5th avenue. Friendly staff. Specifically Frank is absolutely great and he is Go-To person
No bottled water in the room as you need to fill your own bottle from the lobby including the coffee/tea. Vending machine dont have an option for Milk. Bit of juggle if you wanted to make tea. During August, one of the life was not working, so with one lift its a bit of wait to get in.

Perfect location, walking distance from Rockefeller Center, Times Square and other important locations. Clean and well-equipped rooms. We appreciate that you can have a coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the Mezzanine floor. Special mention to Willie, who helped us find a transfer to the airport and stored our luggage for a few hours after checking out.
There’s only one lift as the second one is being fixed or updated and the wait can sometimes be too long. Also, the AC can be quite noisy even when it’s off.

The location is perfect. The staff are friendly. The amenities were good.
We had difficulty to access the wifi but the staff promptly helped us.
